REACH
The EU Chemicals Regulation
The REACH regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 by the European Union came into force on 1st June 2007 and replaces several former EU directives and regulations with a single, standardized system.
Information obligations in accordance with article 33
The aims of REACH are to improve the protection from risks caused by chemicals. For that reason, the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) has prepared a list of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC). These substances have severe and often irreversible effects on human beings and the environment. Every manufacturer and importer of products containing more than 0.1% by weight of any SVHC is obliged to inform their customers. This also applies if corresponding substances are not released under normal conditions of use.
We gladly fulfill this obligation.
According to our present knowledge, our products do not contain SVHC in a concentration of more than 0.1 percent by weight. Please find here our REACH statement for download.
