Due to the great interest in VacuBond® optically bonded TFT displays, we are expanding our production with two new systems: From July 2017, we are setting up a third production site at Pilsen in the Czech Republic. We also install an additional system at our subsidiary in the USA. On the one hand, we thus ensure the reliable supply of the growing demand; on the other hand, we maximize the risk management for our customers.

With the VacuBond® process, TFT displays up to a size of 32″ are optically bonded with touch screens and / or protective glasses. The possibilities are various: bonding of pure TFT cells without bezel or directly into a housing, as well as “free air exclusion” bonding for explosion-proof areas.

VacuBond® leads to a better readability without increased power consumption, avoids fogging by condensation and increases the resilience of the bonded unit.
