Compact, high-resolution 5” AUO TFT display with MIPI interface

We now offer the high-resolution 5″ (12.67cm) TFT display G050TAN01.0 from the well-known manufacturer AUO as a standard product. Thanks to its HD resolution with 720(h) x 1280(v) pixels and a large color gamut, finest structures and shades are brilliantly displayed. Featuring a height of only 1.75mm, a MIPI interface and a wide viewing angle of 89° from all directions, the display is suitable for a wide variety of applications – including industrial ones. The wide temperature range of -20 to +70°C and low power consumption allow for use in mobile or battery-powered devices.
For easy and fast control of modern TFT displays with MIPI interface, we developed a special, cost-effective Prisma-MIPI TFT controller with LVDS or HDMI interface input, which enables fast system set-ups. We supply plug-and-play solutions including all necessary accessories. For protection in outdoor applications, we can equip the display with a custom printed cover glass, using our VacuBond optical bonding process with guaranteed zero optical defect production.
