The new aluminum housing (image 2) impresses with its rugged, high-quality powdered surface and reduces the overall weight of the monitors compared to the previous version by about 50%. It also enables use in ambient temperatures of up to 60°C and features a front protection of up to IP65 due to the closed housing.

The new front-options offer an excellent mechanical functionality and can be assembled to the open frame devices without mounting angles. Whether you want to integrate our monitors in your equipment, furniture or walls or use them as desktop monitors, an optional front plate / -bezel, rackmount (image 3) or true flat glass will always provide the perfect solution. The monitors and front-options can also be combined with a non-reflective safety glass or a touch sensor.

For the new POS-Line V2 series we offer the latest 10 finger PCAP multi-touch technology (image 4). The high transparency of the touch sensors in combination with a non-reflective safety glass leads to a first-class image impression, while offering a high level of security.

For over 20 years the The Fortec Group has been developing their own TFT controllers and thus escaped the often short life cycles of Asian controllers. Our video board PrismaMEDIA-eco (image 5) provides DisplayPort, HDMI or VGA interfaces. The media player VideoPoster-III is an ideal solution for playing full HD videos or showing images.

Powerful PC platforms complete the controller range for the new POS Line V2 series. In lower levels we offer a modern and energy-saving Atom Baytrail architecture with 4 CPU cores (image 6). Passive cooling, a wide operating voltage range and two LAN interfaces are key features of this monitor. On a higher level we currently offer Core i5/i7 CPUs. On request, we can install a Windows operating system for you. All PC solutions feature 4GB RAM and offer a 128GB mSATA drive, providing a fast and large memory.
