Ampire 7″ Display Series Now With Touch Function

To match Ampire’s high-resolution 7” TFT display family, the FORTEC Group has developed several touchscreens. An inexpensive, robust resistive 4-wire touch (picture 2) and various PCAP multi-touch versions with up to 10 touch points offer the right solution for every application. The PCAP touchscreen (picture 1) is available as standard version with black printing on the cover glass and I²C or USB interface. For an easy installation these touch screens are already equipped with double-sided adhesive tapes. The inner tape unites the touch screen and display frame throughout so that no dust can penetrate. The design should be something special! We meet specific requirements regarding form, print and color by laminating the pure touch foil on a protective glass of your choice. So you can determine the appearance individually and match it to the design of your device.

The three mechanically compatible Ampire TFT displays feature a resolution of 1280×800 pixels, a wide viewing angle and cover all areas of application from indoor to outdoor use due to their different brightnesses of 500, 1000 and 1500cd/m².

We happily provide you with a kit solution including a touch screen, our PrismaECO-IV TFT controller and all necessary cables to perfectly match to your application. We also equip the kit with a protective glass to protect it against external influences such as dirt or scratches.
