How Long Will a Tianma P-Series Display Stay Available?

Tianma designs its Professional Series, the P-Series, for long-term availability, and states at least five years for models such as the 12.1-inch P1210XGF1MA01 and the 13.3-inch P1330FHF1MA00. Tianma has also renewed its long-term availability promise in an official letter describing the precautions it takes for a stable supply, and some Tianma models we supply have been available for more than 15 years. The P-Series runs from 3.5 to 27 inches, for industrial and medical applications, and we supply it as panels or as complete display assemblies.

Most have the LED backlight driver integrated in the panel and an LVDS interface, and the SFT models offer viewing angles of 88° in all directions. Typical uses are human-machine interfaces, control units, automation, transportation, and medical equipment.
Can you move an existing Tianma design onto the P-Series?
Yes, where a compatible model exists. The P1010WXF1MB10 is fully compatible with the TM101JDHG30-00, so a product built on that 10.1-inch display can migrate to the P-Series without a redesign. Can a P-Series display be adapted to your project?
Yes. If a P-Series display does not quite fit, Tianma will make adjustments at a low minimum order quantity, and customized adaptations and special shapes are possible. Many models have a touch option. We add the rest of the assembly: a touchscreen laminated or bonded to the display with VacuBond® optical bonding in Ronkonkoma, and a ready-to-connect kit with one of our Prisma TFT controllers or one of our embedded solutions and all the necessary accessories.
Tell us where it has to work and how long you will build it, and we will take it from there. When a part in your design receives an end-of-life notice, we tell you early and plan with you: a last-time buy to cover remaining builds, or qualifying a replacement before supply runs out.
